I am a registered psychologist with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. I work with adults facing a wide range of concerns, including eating disorders, anxiety, stress, depression, interpersonal difficulties, and health problems. I create a warm, identity-affirming, inclusive, and collaborative environment to help clients identify their goals and work towards change. My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on a variety of approaches depending on the unique needs of each client. These include cognitive behavioural, dialectical behavioural, mindfulness and acceptance-based, emotion-focused, and psychodynamic therapies.
I earned my Ph.D. in clinical psychology from McGill University and completed my predoctoral residency at the McGill University Health Centre. During my training, I gained experience in providing psychological assessment and treatment to adults in a variety of settings, including hospitals, primary care clinics, and university clinics. My doctoral research focused on the impact of mental illness on self-identity in people who experience psychosis. Before joining Anchor Psychology, I worked as a staff psychologist at The Ottawa Hospital, specializing in the assessment and treatment of eating disorders.
