A comprehensive blend of mindfulness meditation, deep breathing, work on the breath body connection, gentle yoga movement fueled by deep breathing, relaxation techniques and happiness/ gratitude practice. To learn and practice mindfulness-based strategies for self- care, stress management and coping with a severely ill loved one. We will practice how to prioritize our own needs as caregivers each day, even if just for a few minutes, in order to “fill our cup”.
