Julie's Groups: Mindfulness, Movement & Sound with Imad

Join Imad for a fun and engaging wellness experience designed to support self-expression, creativity, mindfulness, and relaxation.
Through playful movement inspired by animals and nature, simple breathing exercises, creative imagination activities, and a calming sound healing experience, we will have the opportunity to explore movement, connect with our creativity, and develop tools for self-regulation in a safe and supportive environment.
The session encourages confidence, body awareness, imagination, emotional expression, and relaxation while creating a positive and enjoyable experience for every participant.
Facilitated by Julie McIsaac, Ph.D. No previous yoga or mindfulness experience is required. Ages 17+.
We will meet at Anchor Psychological Services (1350 Wellington W., Ottawa, ON K1Y 3C1) and take public transportation together with Julie to join Imad in his studio.
