I am a registered psychologist with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, practicing since 2015. I provide psychological and psycho-educational assessments for children and adolescents, as well as individual and family therapy. My expertise includes supporting children, teens, and families navigating challenges such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, learning difficulties, autism, social stress, family conflict, and behavioural concerns.
My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices and collaboration. I believe that children and families possess the strengths necessary not only to overcome challenges but also to thrive. My goal is to create a supportive environment where meaningful change can occur. Trust, curiosity, warmth, and teamwork are central to my practice. Additionally, I take a neuroaffirming approach and welcome clients from all backgrounds.
Prior to joining Anchor Psychological Services, I earned a Ph.D. in Clinical Developmental Psychology from York University in 2014 and completed a residency at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario. My training spans a variety of settings, including university clinics, community mental health centers, and hospitals.
As a lifelong learner, I regularly attend workshops and training to stay current with advancements in the field. I am also deeply committed to mentorship and collaboration with community organizations, fostering the growth of emerging psychologists and contributing to broader community initiatives.
