Youth and Families
At Anchor Psychological Services we believe strongly in the power of families. Children and youth who are struggling have the best outcomes, when parents/caregivers are involved in the treatment process. We empower families with skills to help their children and youth overcome their mental health issues and/or life challenges. Treatment for youth usually includes a combination of individual sessions for the youth, parent sessions and family sessions. Parent consultations are also available, if you wish the appropriateness of services for your child and/or to work on specific skills to support your child.
